Terms of Service

Darmi Cloud lets you connect a GitHub account, import repositories, configure applications, and deploy them with Docker behind an automatic subdomain on darmicloud.tech. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid GitHub account. You must be authorized to use the repositories you deploy. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at security@darmicloud.tech of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are solely responsible for the code, content and applications you deploy.

You retain all rights to the code and content you deploy. You grant Darmi Cloud the limited, non-exclusive license needed to clone, build, store, run, transmit and route your applications solely to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to deploy your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

Deployed applications run with defined resource limits (memory, CPU and process limits). We may adjust limits, throttle, suspend or remove deployments that threaten the stability, security or integrity of the Service or other users.

Some plans and features may be offered free of charge and others may require payment. Where paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We are not liable for downtime of applications you deploy.

You may stop using the Service and delete your projects and account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, create risk or legal exposure, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your deployments may be stopped and removed.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darmi Cloud and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darmi Cloud from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your content, your applications, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Darmi Cloud's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
