Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what you may and may not do on Darmi Cloud (darmicloud.tech). It is part of our Terms of Service and exists to keep the platform safe, stable and lawful for everyone. Because Darmi Cloud runs your code in containers, responsible use is essential.
1. Prohibited content and activities
You may not use the Service to host, build, run or distribute:
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, botnets, or any code designed to harm or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Phishing pages, fraud, scams, or content that impersonates others to deceive.
- Content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates the privacy or rights of others.
- Child sexual abuse material, content that promotes violence or terrorism, or hateful or harassing content.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or services primarily used to send it.
- Crypto-mining or workloads whose primary purpose is to consume resources for profit at the platform's expense.
- Tools or services intended primarily to conduct denial-of-service attacks, mass scanning, or unauthorized intrusion.
2. Platform integrity
You may not attempt to:
- Escape, bypass or weaken container isolation, resource limits, or other security controls.
- Access data, projects or deployments that do not belong to you.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the platform, its infrastructure, or other users' applications.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without our prior written authorization.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service in a way that circumvents plan limits.
3. Resource and fair use
Deployments run under defined memory, CPU and process limits. Do not attempt to circumvent these limits or run workloads that destabilize shared infrastructure. We may throttle, suspend or remove deployments that endanger platform stability or degrade the experience of other users.
4. Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, do not exploit it or access other users' data; instead report it to security@darmicloud.tech so we can investigate and fix it.
5. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of content or activity that violates this AUP, report it to abuse@darmicloud.tech with enough detail for us to investigate.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in removal of content, throttling or suspension of deployments, or termination of access, with or without notice, at our discretion and proportionate to the violation. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the platform and its users, and we may report serious violations to the appropriate authorities.
